Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled once printing or processing has begun. Cancellation requests made before processing may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are only provided in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products (e.g., wrong paper type/size printed).
• You must notify us within **48 hours of delivery** with clear photos for verification.
• After verification, the refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.

3. No Refund Situations

• Customized or personalized printed products are non-refundable.
• Delay caused by courier or logistics partners is not eligible for refund.
• Errors caused by poor quality or wrong file format uploaded by the user are not eligible for refund.
